DESIGN

You might have an idea, or you don’t, but there is a problem to solve… or you have a part you need more of and its time for reverse engineering!

Our Design approach:

  • Consultation on the problem and possible solutions. Your input is important, you know what you want in concept.
  • Physical measurements if needed to ensure integration with existing objects
  • Drafting and 3D modeling of the solution
  • Prototyping for form/fit/function
  • Final part modeling and additive manufacturing/3D printing files

The modeling and printing files are your final output which are yours outright.

This is the first step in any of the others going forward. This could be the only step for a home or business that already has a 3D printer or other means of additive manufacturing, but needs someone who can create a custom solution from scratch in computer aided design (CAD).

IN-HOUSE BUILD

The concept and solution is there on "paper" and it's time to get one in hand. This option could be for a one-off or specialized couple pieces.

In-House build is the next step after Design if you do not own a means of additive manufacturing or 3D printing.

  • Physical 3D printing of your final design in-house
  • Selection of color and material

The physical parts are your final output with all modeling and printing files which are yours outright.

This is the most economical and quickest way to get your solution physically in hand. Nothing for you to buy or print.

ON-SITE BUILD

We have the digital solution and you already have a means for additive manufacturing or 3D printing, or you are going to buy into the hardware to do so. You intend to probably do more with this than a few parts. This suits homes or businesses that need a specific part multiple times, whether they know when they will need it or not.

When you choose to build On-Site you get help with…

  • Procurement and setup of an appropriate 3D printer onsite at your home or business
  • Loading of part files so its ready to print
  • Training on starting and clearing prints
  • Tips on typical maintenance that might need to be done on the printer

The on-site printer and all the physical parts you could want at any frequency is your final output, with all modeling and printing files which are yours outright.

This step in the journey gets you total control of part production with the 3D printer on-site, trained individuals, and smallest per-part cost at scale.

3D Printing can be used at Production Scale!
